Mariposa Basin Park (at Taylor Ranch Rd. & Kachina St., NW) Register by August 9th! Set up a table along the mostly shaded sidewalk to our picnic pavilion. Meet picnickers as they saunter into the park and throughout the afternoon. We expect more than 80 voters and most of our Dem candidates on the West Side to attend. To secure your space, all you have to do is: Email secretary@westsidedems.org, with your group’s name, mission, & contact info by August 9. All applications must be approved by WSD prior to the picnic. Bring your own table and chairs; maybe a canopy or umbrella if you happen to be in the sun. Check in with Sue Wolinsky when you arrive. Be set up by 11 am. Plan to stay til 2 pm, then tear down. Keep track of voters who sign up as a member or to volunteer. Take a screen shot of the sign in sheet and send it to secretary@westsidedems.org. We want to brag about all the great connections our Dem organizations will make at the picnic. Enjoy the free food, networking, & exuberant Democratic energy! This is our second year inviting tabling to our WSD summer picnic. Many of you participated last year.
